Amendments to tenancy - If the tenant/s request any changes to the tenancy, once the tenancy is in force, the tenant will pay all reasonable administration costs incurred, for arranging the changes requested by the tenant/s to a maximum charge of £50.00 (incl vat) unless evidence is provided to support a charge over and above this amount, if the charge should exceed £50.00 the tenant will be advised in advance of the charge being made. Keys/Remote Controls/ Parking Permits - You will pay for the cost of any replacement keys, remote controls, parking permits or other security devices that are lost or damaged during the Term, to a maximum charge of £50.00 (incl vat)
Replacement Locks - If the tenant/s are locked out of the property due to the tenant’s fault, the tenant will
arrange for a locksmith to attend at their own cost, replace locks and provide duplicate key to the agent
Late Payments - If you fail to pay the rent or any other money lawfully due for more than fourteen days you will pay interest at the rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate from the day on which it became due to the day it is paid.
Access/Inspections - Should you miss a confirmed pre booked contractor appointment, you will be liable for a call out charge to a maximum charge of £50 (incl vat).
Early Surrender - Early surrender of the tenancy during a fixed term will result in you being liable for the landlords re letting fees. The exact fee will be agreed, in line with the landlord’s terms of business, in the Early Surrender agreement to a maximum charge of £480 (incl vat)
